Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years in information governance, records management, data governance, or risk/compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in governance programs.
• Experience in a large law firm or professional services setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Firm's enterprise Information Governance strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance frameworks for records management, data governance, lifecycle management, retention, and privacy.
• Lead modernization of information governance practices to support digital transformation.
• Advise Firm leadership on information-related risks and governance best practices; drive adoption across offices.
