Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Information Management, Information Governance, Records Management, Business Administration, Law, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Governance, Compliance, eDiscovery, Risk Management, or Legal Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing governance or compliance programs.
• Significant experience in a large law firm, professional services, or regulated industry.
• Certifications related to Information Governance preferred (IGP, CRM, CIPP, CISSP, CIGO).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Firm's enterprise Information Governance strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance frameworks for records management, data governance, lifecycle management, retention, disposition, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead modernization of information governance practices in digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise firm leadership on information-related risks and governance best practices.
• Drive adoption of governance standards across offices and business units.
