Job summary

The Arc of King County seeks a Director of Information and Family Support to provide strategic leadership for its IDD information, training, and community support programs in King County, with a focus on equity and accessibility. This role directs staff, budgets, and grant activities to sustain and expand services.

The successful candidate will foster collaborations, supervise managers, and ensure culturally responsive service delivery to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required directly related to work.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in IDD field with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and operational leadership for the Information and Family Support department.
• Oversee budgets, coaching, and contract compliance across programs.
• Develop collaborations, partnerships, and grant opportunities with external partners.
• Lead training, events, and outreach to diverse communities in King County.
