Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 5+ years in clinical development.
• MS with 7+ years in clinical development.
• BSc with 8+ years in clinical development.
• Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical environment and clinical drug development.
• Experience coaching others and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies.
• Lead and support development and execution of clinical development programs.
• Serve as a technical resource for clinical issues.
• Support development of publications, abstracts, and presentations.
• Participate on project teams to support clinical strategy and milestones.
• Lead preparation of clinical protocols and key study documents.
• Lead clinical data review activities for safety and efficacy data.
• Collaborate with study teams for open communication and successful execution.
• Foster partnerships across Pfizer functions and external experts.
