Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Director, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect to lead cross-functional strategic sourcing across Marketing and Onboard Revenue. You will design multi-year category strategies, oversee $500M-$750M in annual spend, and influence executive leaders to realize enterprise-wide savings and value creation.

The role requires sophisticated negotiation, spend analytics, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment at our Miami-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, supply chain or related fields.
• CPSM or similar certification preferred but not required.
• Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and engage at executive levels with results.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced analytical, negotiation, contracting, and spend-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing across Indirect spend (Marketing) and Onboard Revenue categories.
• Partner with executives to align sourcing with business objectives using data-driven insights.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive strategy adoption and ensure value delivery.
• Manage annual spend impact of $500M-$750M in OPEX/CAPEX.
• Manage and develop Sr. Managers/Managers and ensure end-to-end sourcing execution.
