RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Director of Indirect Procurement & Procurement Support to lead strategy and execution for indirect categories across wind, solar, and battery storage. • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Indirect Procurement, setting strategy, priorities, org structure; develop managers and senior managers responsible for sourcing, negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop enterprise-wide category strategies for indirect spend including IT, consulting, facility management, and early-stage development services.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate growth plans into forward-looking sourcing and contracting strategies.
• Drive competitive sourcing and negotiations for high-value, complex requirements with market intelligence and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Establish supplier relationship programs to improve performance, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation; manage significant supplier issues.
• Oversee Procurement Support, including systems, analytics, reporting, compliance, and data governance for scalable processes.
• Optimize S2P processes by standardizing workflows and leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs and management information on spend, compliance, supplier performance, and risk.
• Represent Procurement in strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives; align with business decisions and development activities.
• Coordinate with Central RWE Indirect Procurement and other functions to capture synergies and maintain standards.
• Lead change management and capability-building across Procurement; promote category management and digital procurement best practices.
