RWE Americas, LLC in White Plains, NY is recruiting for a Sr. Procurement WTC, Grid, H2 Manager to oversee day-to-day sourcing and purchasing.

You will ensure timely delivery of materials and services, negotiate favorable terms, and support the broader procurement strategy for renewable projects. Role requires leading Tier 1 supplier negotiations, crafting strategies for large-scale assets, and guiding internal teams in Development, Construction, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 7 years procurement experience.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and supplier management.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple functions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as commercial lead on complex procurement packages and contracts.
• Design procurement strategies balancing price, risk, and delivery certainty.
• Lead negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers on multimillion-dollar agreements.
• Prepare advanced bid analyses for transparent decision-making.
• Draft award recommendations for executive review.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract structures and market pricing.
• Manage contract execution and milestone payments.
• Identify procurement risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Escalate supplier disputes and maintain relationships.
• Forecast procurement timelines and supplier capacity for projects.
• Monitor EPC market trends and advise on competitive positioning.
