Job summary

Fraser in Richfield, MN is seeking an experienced Director of Fraser Preschool and Childcare to provide strategic leadership for the program, drive quality, and ensure family engagement. You will oversee operations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management to support sustainable growth while maintaining NECPA accreditation and state standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong leadership in early childhood, current CPR/First Aid, and a proven track

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Education, Therapy or related field (Master’s preferred).
Leadership experience in early childhood education or related setting.
Current CPR and First Aid certification (must maintain).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Fraser Preschool and Childcare.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of coordinators and educators.
Oversee enrollment, capacity planning, and family engagement.
Maintain NECPA accreditation and Parent Aware 4-Star standards.
Utilize data and outcomes to drive program effectiveness and operational improvements.
Manage budgets, grants, and contracts to support sustainable program growth.
Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor policy and legislative changes impacting early childhood education and inclusion services.
Represent Fraser School in the community and build partnerships that benefit children and families.
