Fraser, Ltd. seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily play and educational activities for children, ensuring safety and alignment with Fraser's goals.

You will guide staff, implement age-appropriate activities, and coordinate with the Special Needs Coordinator and Director of Program Operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, proper behavior guidance, and documentation of SMART/Boost-Up activities, with a focus on inclusive, multi-cultural classroom environments and continuous staff

Mansioni

• Supervise daily play and educational activities.
• Provide personal care to children and report health and safety hazards.
• Follow Fraser Child Care's emergency procedures for fire, accident, tornado, and winter storms.
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate classroom activities and lesson plans.
• Provide guidance and appropriate behavior management to children.
• Lead children in structured schedule of activities and accompany outings.
• Assist in daily SMART/Boost-Up activities and documentation.
