The Learning Experience seeks a Preschool Director to lead our early childhood program, guiding educators, implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for preschoolers to thrive.

This role oversees administration, operations, licensing compliance, and community engagement, with responsibilities across budgeting, staffing, and program development to advance our mission and student outcomes.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience overseeing curriculum development and educational programs.
• Ability to ensure licensing compliance and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the preschool and set goals aligned with the organization's mission.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and record-keeping.
• Oversee curriculum development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
• Establish open communication with parents and community partners.
• Ensure licensing compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Monitor financial records and report to Senior Directors; manage payroll and overtime.
