Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to guide the architecture, engineering delivery, modernization, and operational performance of our inbound communications platform.

You will oversee imaging, OCR, AI-enabled classification, and integrations across multichannel intake and downstream systems. Responsibilities include defining the technology strategy, ensuring security and scalability, and building strong architecture and AI/data teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform delivery.
Experience with inbound communications, document capture, imaging, OCR, and data extraction.
Experience leading enterprise architecture, multi-year roadmaps, and large-scale technology delivery.
Experience with OCR, AI-enabled extraction, document intelligence, and automation in document-centric processes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy, target architecture, and delivery plan for the platform.
Lead architecture, engineering modernization, and production operations across capture, workflow, document intelligence, AI, security, and integrations.
Establish reusable standards, APIs, integration patterns, and guardrails; drive AI-enabled classification and extraction improvements.
Provide leadership for relevant capture, OCR, and workflow technologies; build high-performing teams and partner across business stakeholders.
