Job summary

You will drive the architecture and partnerships across InFocus, the Universal Client Portal, Investor Hub, and related platforms to deliver scalable, compliant communications at scale.

The role requires deep experience in digital channels, content management, personalization, and analytics, with a track record of value realization and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital platforms, communications technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Experience with high‑volume, regulated or transaction‑sensitive communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for digital communications capabilities.
• Establish a multiyear roadmap supporting digital communication needs for Broadridge businesses and clients.
• Lead evolution of capabilities across email, notifications, microsites, mobile, push, text, and future channels.
• Coordinate digital capabilities across InFocus, Investor Hub, and related Broadridge platforms.
• Develop reusable services and standards to accelerate delivery and scale.
