Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to guide the architecture, engineering delivery, modernization, and operational performance of our inbound communications platform in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on multichannel intake, OCR, AI-enabled classification, and robust integrations to deliver scalable client solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in software engineering, architecture, or technology delivery.
• Experience with inbound communications, document capture, OCR, AI-enabled extraction, and automation.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture and large-scale technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, DevSecOps, and production support.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy, target architecture, roadmap, and delivery plan for the platform.
• Lead architecture, engineering, modernization, and production operations across capture, workflow, document intelligence, AI, security, and integrations.
• Establish reusable technology standards, APIs, integration patterns, and engineering practices.
• Lead the use of AI, machine learning, OCR, and document intelligence to improve classification, extraction, and workflow automation.
• Ensure AI capabilities include controls for security, privacy, accuracy, monitoring, and human oversight.
