Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to guide architecture, engineering delivery, modernization, and operational performance of our inbound communications platform.

You will oversee imaging, OCR, data extraction, AI-enabled document classification, workflow automation, and integrations with client and internal systems. This role drives platform reliability, security, and scalability across multiple teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience in software engineering, architecture, platform engineering, or technology delivery.
• Experience with inbound communications, document capture, imaging, OCR, and workflow automation.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture, engineering teams, multi-year roadmaps, and large-scale delivery.
• Experience with OCR, AI-enabled extraction, document intelligence, machine learning, or automation in document-centric processes.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, highly available enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, DevSecOps, and production support.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technology strategy, target architecture, roadmap, and delivery plan for the platform.
• Lead architecture, engineering, modernization, and production operations across capture, workflow, document intelligence, AI, security, and integrations.
• Establish reusable technology standards, APIs, integration patterns, engineering practices, and implementation guardrails.
• Lead the use of AI, ML, OCR, and document intelligence to improve classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
• Ensure AI capabilities include controls for security, privacy, accuracy, monitoring, auditability, and human oversight.
• Provide technical leadership for capture, OCR, workflow, and integration technologies where applicable.
• Build and lead architecture, engineering, quality, platform, and AI/data teams.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Implementation, Sales, Client Relations, Security, and business leaders to deliver scalable client solutions.
