Qualifications

• Significant product management and/or communications tech experience across enterprise services.

• Knowledge of content management, document generation, and print workflows.
• Strong ability to influence multiple business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities across Broadridge’s print communications.
• Lead content, composition, branding, personalization, and document generation capabilities.
• Coordinate production integration, scheduling, routing, and fulfillment with operations.
• Develop client self-service tools to configure templates and monitor fulfillment.
• Build a governance model and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
