Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• A leader with 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
• Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Certified or licensed as required by your state - you know the drill!
• A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
