Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a Director-in-Training to join a dynamic team in the United States. This hands-on 3-month program includes onboarding, budgeting, hiring, marketing, and curriculum mastery to prepare you for a permanent School Director role.

The position targets leaders with 1–3 years in early childhood education and offers a clear growth path within our multiple brands. Clayton, NC boot camp is part of the program, with ongoing support from a nurturing community.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
• Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
• A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
• A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
