Child Development Schools is seeking a Director-in-Training for a transformative three-month program that hands you the reins to become a School Director. You’ll participate in a one-week on-site boot camp in Clayton, NC, then complete a rigorous training cycle focused on hiring, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum mastery.

Graduating from the program could lead to a permanent School Director role, with opportunities to lead a center and drive community engagement within our growing network.
