Qualifications

• PhD-level immunology expert with current work in immunology or related fields.
• Proven track record with antibodies as research reagents and detection methods.
• Experience leading scientific teams and mentoring researchers.
• Strong publication record and industry/academic network.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging areas of immunology and translate into portfolio opportunities.
• Own and guide development of antibody-based detection reagents across technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership, PM, Marketing and Sales to prioritise opportunities.
• Build relationships with academic and biopharma KOLs and external collaborators.
• Oversee publication-quality immunology research.
• Lead, mentor and grow the science team.
