Job summary

AMH in Las Vegas seeks a Director, Identity and Technology Operations to lead the IAM program strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operations, including governance, lifecycle management, and access controls.

You will partner with Security, HR, and applications to enforce least privilege, implement SSO, MFA, and privileged access, and drive automation across joiner-mover-leaver processes; you will also support audits and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity and access management, with hands-on engineering or architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Azure AD, SailPoint, and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Design birthright roles, access controls, and workflows.
• Lead identity automation, joiner-mover-leaver provisioning, and integrations.
• Ensure audit-ready controls and successful audits.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and auditors on identity governance.
