Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or a related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or 7 years in Finance Product Management for Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or a related field and 9 years of experience in the job offered or 9 years in Finance Product Management for Investment Banking in lieu of Master’s degree.
• Experience with Rates Derivatives and Treasury securities, front-to-back lifecycle of a trade, machine learning, and front-office communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the trade lifecycle, including trade affirmation, validation, and rejections, and address client queries with strong product understanding.
• Oversee day-to-day lifecycle processing for Rates and Solutions- Americas trading desks, collaborating with Trading, Sales, COO, and Operations to deliver risk management and end-of-day controls.
• Drive digital transformation by analyzing product flows and delivering improvements to enhance internal and external client experience.
