BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Director or Vice President, Electronic Trading (US Rates) in New York. The role focuses on pricing and risk management of electronic Fixed Income trading while driving electronic growth.

You will work with Global Markets trading, sales and technology to deliver scalable client solutions and a robust trading infrastructure. The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of electronic trading experience in sell-side banking, strong financial markets knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of electronic trading experience in sell side banking (US Treasuries) and exposure across Fixed Income.
• Thorough knowledge of macro markets and trading/hedging strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary risk management of electronic US Rates Trading business.
• Design and operate algorithmic trading systems to price, execute and hedge electronic franchise flow.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales to tailor electronic services to client needs.
• Support trading initiatives and drive electronic trading volumes and profitability.
