You will partner with investment teams, boards, CEOs, and operating executives to strengthen leadership, culture, incentives, and organizational design.

The role emphasizes diligence, value creation, and post-close organizational planning with a focus on senior leadership and transformation in portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in human capital, talent, organization effectiveness, executive search, leadership advisory, management consulting, private equity operations and/or senior HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Value Creation: identify and execute human capital initiatives to support value creation, growth, and performance.
• Due Diligence Support: lead or support human capital diligence and assess leadership depth and culture.
• Leadership and Talent: assess senior teams, support hiring, onboarding, succession and development.
• Cross-Portfolio Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: identify themes and scale best practices across the portfolio.
• Represent the Operations & Strategy team as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
