Key responsibilities include:- Leading industry research, competitor assessments, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling for new investment opportunities- Directing commercial and operational due diligence workstreams on prospective transactions- Preparing internal investment committee presentations- Overseeing the work of Associates and participating in Associate recruitment- Supporting leadership on strategic and operational projects- Monitoring portfolio company performance, reviewing quarterly financials, and leading key value creation plan initiatives- Working alongside portfolio management teams to research and execute tuck-in acquisitions- Supporting capital structure management including debt refinancing, tax planning, and capital budgetingThe ideal candidate brings several years of direct private equity experience with a strong track record in deal execution and portfolio management. Investment banking or management consulting backgrounds are also valued.
