Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director HTA Statistics & RWE Methods to lead data-generation strategy across the portfolio, ensuring rigorous analyses for payer decisions and launch readiness. Location options include Raritan, NJ or Horsham, PA, or Beerse, Belgium.

You will oversee study design, indirect treatment comparisons, and real-world evidence programs, mentor teams, and collaborate with HTA, regulatory, and commercial functions to accelerate patient access.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree required in a relevant field.
• PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred for advanced leadership.
• Experience in HTA/RWE in pharma/biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HTA and RWE studies.
• Design advanced statistical analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Oversee data generation, protocol development, and dissemination of results.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Strategy, clinical, and regulatory teams.
• Build capabilities and mentor teams across regions.
