Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Director of HR Technology & Analytics to lead the implementation of Workday and develop a long-term HR tech strategy. This role requires extensive Workday experience and strategic oversight to enhance employee experience for over 19,000 employees. We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Director of HR Technology & Analytics to lead our enterprise-wide deployment and long-term strategy for Workday, which will become the cornerstone of our HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience leading Workday implementations across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, and Absence Management. This role will serve as the Workday program owner, accountable for system design, deployment, adoption, and optimization. In addition to Workday leadership, the Director will evaluate and rationalize our broader HR tech stack, guide system consolidation, and build a strategic roadmap that leverages data, automation, and AI to enhance employee experience and business performance. This is a high-impact opportunity to transform how we support 19,000 employees across North America through scalable, intelligent HR solutions.
This role will serve as the strategic and operational owner of our HR technology stack, working closely with HR leadership, IT, Finance and Business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals, scale effectively, and empower our employees and HR teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of Workday expertise, HR transformation experience, data-driven decision making, and a forward-looking approach to HR tech innovation, including the use of AI and automation.
