Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

• Experience in medical device industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct complex project Advanced Catheter PEG activities with large scale or significant business impact.
• Lead in identifying risk and developing mitigation strategies.
• Manage engineers, managers, SME and oversee multiple areas/locations.
• Develop a robust talent development plan and provide coaching.
• Lead cross-functional groups to develop design recommendations and process optimizations.
