  5. Oversee relationships with strategic consultants, ensuring high-quality, value-driven services and the delivery of defined SOWs.

  6. Continuously stay informed of the latest trends and developments in HR.

  7. Leverage data & insights, using research and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.

  8. Write and present strategies to senior leaders and the board on a range of diverse topics, aiming to bring clarity and build alignment.

What you are known for:

  1. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful transformation projects, from initiation to closure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  2. Ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, leaders, managers, employees, and project sponsors, and communicate project objectives, status, risks, issues, and solutions effectively.

  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
