Ladders is seeking a Director HR to join a leading Education, Government & Non-Profit space client. This remote role collaborates with senior operations leaders to shape people strategy aligned to business goals.

The Director HR serves as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development, guiding transformation across the enterprise while strengthening leadership capability and culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR Business Partner roles.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders through change.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with an enterprise mindset.
• Expertise in organization effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in merger and acquisition due diligence and integrations.

For our client, we are seeking a Director HR to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This leadership role will partner closely with senior operations leaders to shape people strategy in support of business goals. The Director HR will serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development while helping guide transformation across the enterprise. The position will also play a key role in navigating change, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting a high-performing culture.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $193,050 annually
