Job summary

Year Up United is seeking a Director of People Platforms in the Atlanta area to lead HR systems strategy and day-to-day administration. You will partner with Technology (TnT) to optimize Workday and ADP Workforce Now, drive integrations, security, and data governance across the HR function, payroll, finance, and compliance.

In this hybrid role, you will guide system design, governance, and vendor management, delivering scalable, org-wide solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS strategy and governance.
• Proven workday administration in large orgs.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems strategy and partnership with Technology (TnT).
• Configure and maintain Workday processes and security.
• Lead Workday testing, releases and deployments.
• Design integrations and data flows between HRIS platforms and ADP WFN.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on controls and reporting.
