Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to achieve profit, sales and customer satisfaction.
• Leads area profitability and cost management across districts.
• Manages marketing plan and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develops subordinates with training and development plans.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation procedures.

Education

College degree, preferred or equivalent operational experience; and 7 - 8 years of restaurant operations management experience, including experience in managing multi-location operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
