Position Summary:
As our Director of Human Resources Operations at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, CA, you will help apply your broad range of Human Resources talent and skills to support the employees of the hospital. This is a hands-on role where you can showcase your expertise in our day-to-day operations including employee relations, employee engagement, labor relations (unions), performance development, conflict management, and training programs/initiatives. You have the opportunity to support specific groups and functions in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization.
