Overview:

Constellation Real Estate Group, part of Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI), includes Constellation1 and Constellation Data Labs, providing software solutions and technology services to real estate professionals across North America.

Position Summary:

We seek a self-motivated Human Resources Manager to provide strategic partnership and support across designated portfolios. The role involves working closely with the corporate HR team on activities including employee relations, training, and talent management, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-3 HR team members.
  • Address employee relations issues, provide guidance on performance, recruitment, policies, compensation, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
  • Assess and monitor training programs.
  • Coach management and employees on performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure effective onboarding for new hires.
  • Coordinate with corporate HR on policies and process improvements.
  • Assist in HR due diligence and integration during acquisitions.
  • Oversee HR programs like performance management, reporting, HRIS.
  • Coordinate mandatory training for new hires in Canada.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • College diploma or university degree in HR or related field; HR designation is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in Canada; US experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or ADP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Action-oriented, deadline-driven, with good time management.

Business Unit: Constellation1 HO

FLSA Designation (US): Exempt

Salary Range (US): $83,200 - $124,800 annually; final offers depend on experience and location.

Other Compensation: Profit sharing bonus plan.
