DwyerOmega is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to steer HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with site and functional leaders to align people practices with business priorities, build organizational capability, and ensure a consistent employee experience across locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership for multiple sites or business units.
• Experience in a technical manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other operational environment.
• Advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Leading, developing, and scaling an HR team and streamlining processes.
• Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR information systems and people analytics.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations (up to 50%).
• Preferred: Master’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable certification.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, organizational restructuring, or multi-site transformation.
• Experience in a growing organization where processes and teams are still being developed.
• Experience partnering with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial functions.
