Qualificações

• 7+ years client-facing or consulting experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification or coaching certification preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Card to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will partner closely with senior executives to shape people strategies that support business priorities and enterprise growth. The role will focus on aligning talent, leadership, and organizational design with strategic objectives while driving inclusive culture and measurable HR impact.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor across multiple HR functions, bringing data-driven insight and executive coaching to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $206,000 – $235,100 annually
