Job summary
Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applications Engineering Manager for the Power uModule Group in San Jose, CA.
You will lead a high-performing team delivering customer success, product execution, and business growth across industrial, datacenter, aerospace and other applications. The role requires a strong power electronics background, 10+ years in technical leadership, hands-on design experience with DC-DC converters, and collaboration across functions to translate market needs
Qualifications
- MSEE in power electronics; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in power electronics or engineering leadership.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Hands-on design, testing of switching-mode power supplies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of applications engineers for power uModule products.
- Set priorities and resource plans for new product development and customer engagements.
- Define and drive applications engineering strategy across product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product management, design, marketing and customers.
