Job summary

Housing Solutions in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a Director of Housing Services to lead system-level housing work, drive placements into housing, housing retention, and coordinated services, and supervise a growing portfolio of programs and staff.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the director will coordinate with the CoC leadership and strengthen partnerships with fair-market providers to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in fields related to clinical interventions and services (e.g., Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration, or similar) OR Bachelor's degree with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in housing, healthcare, homelessness, or other social services.
• Minimum of two years of experience in project management or similar cross-system coordination.
• Experience with federal, state, or city-funded housing programs (HUD, ESG, ARPA, etc.), including managing subrecipient or pass-through grant relationships and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency's Coordinated Entry System (CES) implementation and connect clients to housing and supportive services.
• Collaborate with Data & Policy and CoC housing providers to implement best practices across housing portfolio.
• Lead program assessment, evaluation, and partnership management.
• Grow and integrate fair-market housing providers and pathways to improve annual housing placements.
• Represent Housing Solutions in community collaborations, meetings, and planning efforts.
• Coordinate with CoC leaders to innovate and improve housing programming and supports.
• Foster client-centered outcomes, mutual accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Unit Acquisition and Landlord Engagement to expand access to affordable housing.
• Oversee Complex Case Conferencing and cross-agency coordination for high-need individuals.
• Develop initiatives to improve performance of housing programs through trauma-informed care and wrap-around services.
