Job summary

Cinnaire Solutions seeks a Director of Services to act as the owner’s representative for service-enriched housing assets. You will coordinate on-site staff and providers, enhance service delivery, and identify funding opportunities for property-wide issues.

You will lead vendor negotiations, monitor budgets, and drive resident engagement and community initiatives while developing KPIs to measure success for ownership and partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MA in social services or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in community development, property management, service providers, or case management.
• Candidates with commensurate work experience without a degree will be considered.
• Ability to interpret data and synthesize insights to inform decisions.
• Strong customer focus and drive for service improvements.
• Commitment to inclusion and working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative coordinating property management and service providers.
• Recommend service providers and assist with contract negotiations.
• Analyze services, budgets, and reports to drive improvements and track KPIs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure healthy living standards and adequate services.
• Lead resident engagement, community-building, and volunteer programs.
• Develop property KPIs and report performance to ownership and partners.
