Job summary

The Director of Plant Operations at Wilson Health leads facilities, infrastructure, and the physical environment to support exceptional patient care. This strategic, hands-on role oversees operations, capital projects, safety readiness, and a high-performing team focused on service excellence.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory readiness (ACHC, CMS, OSHA), manage budgets, and partner with architects, engineers, and leaders across Wilson

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; healthcare facilities leadership experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive facilities leadership in healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Life Safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of plant operations, facilities maintenance, grounds, utilities, and safety.
• Ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient environment that supports patient care and operational excellence.
• Build a proactive maintenance culture centered on prevention, reliability, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Establish performance standards, metrics, and service expectations for the department.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and organizational performance.
