Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasoned security and staffing leader to oversee all staffing functions at regional facilities, including hiring, education, competency evaluation, and scheduling to promote service excellence.

The role develops operational improvements, assists with budgeting, and establishes security policies to comply with laws and regulations while guiding risk assessment and audits across system properties.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Management preferred.
• 5 years of leadership-level experience required.
• 2 years in security management preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversees staffing at assigned facilities including screening, hiring, education, retraining, evaluations, and wage/salary applications.
• Provides professional leadership in development of operational improvement processes and reporting.
• Assists with annual budgets within budget parameters.
• Develops and implements security policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Evaluates properties and reports audits with recommendations to facility administrators.
