Advocate Health Care seeks a senior health care administrator to oversee multiple hospital operations, drive revenue growth, and improve patient experience. You will lead by example, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while coordinating with market leaders and clinical departments.

The role requires advanced healthcare leadership experience, a master’s degree in health administration, and a proven track record in managing complex hospital operations and care programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically requires 7 years of experience in health care administration.
• Includes 3 years of management experience in a large complex health care organization that includes overseeing clinical operations, growing revenue and successfully implementing care management and patient experience objectives.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership, direction and administration over assigned operations while growing revenue and improving operating margins.
• Directs leaders to be fiscally responsible and to meet productivity standards in resource utilization, staffing patterns and operational efficiency.
• Ensures effective utilization of resources including length of stay, and the use of inpatient care, home care and outpatient care to help ensure the right care in the right place at the right time.
• Implements and assesses care management and patient experience initiatives to accomplish targets and ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborates with market leaders and service line leaders to integrate services and coordinate market-wide growth strategies.
