• Provide leadership, direction and administration over assigned operations while growing revenue and improving operating margins.
• Implement clinical operations consistent with programs to optimize patient care and align with initiatives.
• Establish goals and objectives to achieve superior clinical performance and growth.
• Coordinate services and market growth strategies with market leaders and service line leaders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
• Oversee human resources responsibilities including staff development and performance evaluations.
