Job summary

Children's Home of Wyoming Conference seeks an HBCI Director to lead a four-person team delivering home-based crisis intervention for youth ages 5-20. The role emphasizes evidence-based, strength-based case management and collaboration with families in crisis to foster stability.

The Director oversees clinical direction, supervision, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory standards while promoting quality service delivery and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Licensed professional is LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Driver's license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee HBCI program social workers and staff, supporting their coaching and growth.
• Provide clinical direction to HBCI staff on individual cases to support the best outcomes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and lead engaging weekly team meetings.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HBCI program staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure our services meet all contractual and regulatory standards, delivering excellence in service delivery and documentation.
• Monitor and assess program activities to ensure quality and effectiveness, always striving for improvement
