Job summary

Northside Center for Child Development in New York City seeks a Part-Time HBCI Program Coordinator to supervise staff and deliver home-based crisis intervention while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC with current NY license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with youth/adolescent mental health crises.
• Experience delivering home-based services and willingness to travel.
• Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HBCI Program Supervisor to meet program requirements.
• Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Supervise Interventionists delivering on-site and crisis services to high-risk youth and families.
• accompany staff on initial home visits and provide coverage when needed.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Review staff documentation in the EHR for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with OMH, DOHMH, and other regulations.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage as assigned.
• Work with leadership to deliver best-practice clinical services.
• Attend agency meetings and community events as required.
