Children's Home of Wyoming Conference is seeking an experienced HBCI Director to lead the Home Based Crisis Intervention program serving youth ages 5-20 in Tioga-Tompkins. You'll supervise a team of four interventionists, provide clinical direction on cases, and ensure services meet contractual and regulatory standards while delivering strength-based, evidence-informed supports.

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed professional (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT) required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HBCI program social workers and staff, supporting coaching and growth.
• Provide clinical direction to HBCI staff on individual cases to support best outcomes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the HBCI program staff with smooth operations.
• Ensure services meet contractual and regulatory standards with excellent service delivery and documentation.
• Monitor and assess program activities for quality and improvement.
