Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least ten years of progressive engineering experience.
• Five+ years of experience managing engineers.
• Experience in aerospace, defense or highly regulated environments; knowledge of high‑voltage systems, propulsion or energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Engineering department, setting direction and budgets.
• Review designs, test methods, and documentation; ensure compliance with standards and release processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Represent engineering to senior leadership and support customer engagements; travel as needed.
