AbbVie Inc. in Lake County, IL seeks a Director, HEOR to lead strategy and evidence-generation for assigned indications.

You will serve as the HEOR lead on cross-functional teams, shaping evidence plans to support commercialization, market access, reimbursement, and policy objectives while maintaining scientific rigor. In partnership with leaders, you will develop innovative evidence strategies, align HEOR activities with brand plans, and drive end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work,

Qualificações

Advanced degree in a health or economics field.
Minimum ten years of working experience with Master’s; six years with PhD/PharmD.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Deep knowledge of HEOR, RWE, and economic modeling.
Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Develop integrated HEOR strategies for assigned indications.
Lead HEOR on cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
Shape HEOR contributions to global development, commercialization and lifecycle strategies.
Lead end-to-end HEOR book of work from strategy through evidence generation and dissemination.
