Job summary

Millipore Corporation is seeking an experienced HEOR leader to oversee the development of evidence strategies, conduct real-world studies, and build robust economic models that inform value for population health decision-makers.

The role requires 7+ years in HEOR, advanced degree in health-related field, and strong publication history. Travel up to 10% and collaboration across medical, market access, and analytics teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HEOR experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, population health, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience in real-world evidence study design and execution.
• Ability to develop and validate decision-analytic economic models (cost-effectiveness and budget impact).
• Strong understanding of how population health organizations evaluate evidence for coverage decisions.
• Track record of publishing peer-reviewed HEOR research.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive value evidence strategies - design and execute systematic literature reviews, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, and PRO research.
• Lead real-world evidence research programs - design observational study protocols, SAPs, oversee execution, and produce final reports.
• Characterize disease burden and real-world outcomes - lead epidemiological and database analyses informing access decisions.
• Build and validate economic models - cost-effectiveness and budget impact models using real-world data.
• Create evidence-focused materials for population health stakeholders - AMCP Dossiers, health economics briefs, and supporting docs.
• Support field medical communications - translate HEOR findings into clear, scientifically sound materials for health system audiences.
