Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of healthcare, consulting, or health plan operations experience.
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills a must; experience with Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Power BI, MGMA data a plus.
• Ability to build or oversee models (e.g., TWCF, three-statement models, forecasting).
• Professional certifications CPA or CFA or progress toward such certifications preferred.
• Strong ability to identify operational drivers, cash flow forecasting, and client-facing leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in recruitment and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement economics, budgeting, and timely billing & collections for projects.
• Build, review, and present financial models to clients (e.g., cash-flow, three-statement).
• Develop KPIs and metrics to quantify quality and operational improvements.
• Demonstrate understanding of health plan drivers; draw insights and influence decisions.
• Engage in industry networking, share content, and support business development.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate client project plans and teams.
• Communicate with clients to provide high-quality updates and manage expectations.
• Guide clients through crises and design timely, effective solutions.
• Manage project performance and mentor junior staff; provide constructive feedback.
• Engage in C-suite and board-level discussions on strategic initiatives.
