OREAD: OURA is seeking a Manager, Partner Development (healthcare) to grow employer and health plan adoption of our healthcare partnership programs. You will build relationships with healthcare partners, run a structured sales process, and ensure ongoing value for large employer accounts.

You will work remotely in the US with a preference for candidates in major markets and will collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales-to-activation journey and expand revenue across partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or account growth.
• Experience with digital health or employee benefits is a plus.
• Ability to lead executive-level meetings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Lead end-to-end sales process with HR leaders and health-plan stakeholders from first contact to signed agreement.
